About me: 

I have joined Peake Healthcare Innovations in 2011 as Vice President of Product Management and Customer Consulting.  I am proud to bring more than 20 years of experience in Informatics and automation in Healthcare.  Born and raised in Soviet Union Republic of Moldova, I have received Ph.D in 1991 and advance degree in systems automation and robotics in 1990.  I have emigrated to United States in 1991 with my family and begun my career in healthcare technology with Loral Corporation where I provided support for newly develop PACS systems as part of the MDIS contract with government.  MDIS contract marked a new era in Radiology and transformed healthcare.  I had an opportunity to joined Mayo Clinic in Arizona in 1997 as a systems development manager where I participated in oversight of the radiology image storage and distribution in Mayo Clinic (Arizona, Minnesota, and Florida).  Responsible for image archive and distribution, I have participated in product management of image distribution applications (QREADS), Vendor Neutral Archive (MIDIA) commercial name (TeraMedica) and Radiology Information System.  In 2008, I had an opportunity to joined Lahey Clinic in Boston where I worked on the Enterprise Image Archive and was exposed to variety of the clinical disciplines in the imaging arena.

I have a great passion for healthcare innovations and dedicated my life to improve physicians’ abilities to provide better diagnoses and better patient care.  Dedication to developing more efficient systems that will enable care providers to concentrate on the patient and not on searching for relevant clinical data.
